About the Business
Welcome to Iglesia Adventista Hispana Del Puerto, a vibrant and welcoming place of worship located at 50 4th Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey. As a devoted community of believers, we are committed to honoring the Lord through our faith, service, and stewardship.
At Iglesia Adventista Hispana Del Puerto, we emphasize the importance of tithes and offerings as acts of worship and gratitude. We believe in the biblical principle of returning a tithe, which is the first ten percent of our income, to support the spreading of the gospel through our pastors, education, and evangelism efforts. Offerings, given beyond the tithe, are a heartfelt expression of thanks for God's blessings and play a crucial role in supporting our church's ministries, operations, and community outreach programs.
Our teachings are rooted in scripture, with examples such as Abraham's tithe to Melchizedek and the widow's offering at the temple serving as inspirations for our giving practices. We encourage our members to grow in faithfulness and loyalty to God by being good stewards of the resources He has entrusted to us, whether they be financial, time, or talents.
For those unable to attend services in person, AdventistGiving provides a convenient online platform to return your tithe and offerings from anywhere. This ensures that you can continue to participate in our mission of spreading the gospel and supporting our local and global communities.
Join us at Iglesia Adventista Hispana Del Puerto as we strive to love our neighbors, support regional church initiatives, and contribute to global mission work. We invite you to become part of our faith community and experience the joy of giving and serving together.

"It's not a bad church to go to when you're SDA but the leadership needs to improve, it's been the same for years. Also the side of the building needs some cleaning... Other than that, it's an ok church."
"Breaks my heart to write this review. This was the most unwelcoming church I have ever been to. I recently moved to Elizabeth and was looking for a Seventh Day Adventist church to go to. I came across this church with great reviews and decided to visit. I walked in, there was a guy by the door who did say hello and sat us (myself and 2 other people that accompanied me) between a woman and a man, which neither said hello nor welcomed us to their church. A couple of minutes later the guy gets up and moves to another seat, I'm assuming because he felt uncomfortable, then again I could be wrong. Usually when there are visitors they ask your name and the members of the church welcome you. The pastor welcomed two people that use to go to that church and were visiting then he says I'm not going to say hello to anyone else everyone is welcome. Meanwhile we are sitting directly in front of the podium off the stage where he was standing and it is our first time there. A few minutes later a caucasian man walks in with his wife and kid. They were there for only a few minutes when the pastor stopped preaching to go shake his hand, welcome him and make sure he is comfortable and someone was translating for him. That was really nice to see. Nonetheless, the sermon was great just wish they would have welcomed us with open arms so we could've made them our new family in Christ. I honestly never wanted to run out of a church in the middle of a sermon like I did at this church. I hope someone from the church reads this and in the future treat ALL your visitors with love as you do the members of the church you never know what someone can be going through. Welcome and love all as God would. Oh there was this one guy that was sitting in front of us that eventually did turn around to shake our hands and welcome us. I thank that one guy very much. He filled our hearts just a little bit more than what they already were and made a difference."
"I love it, and you really fell God's presence"
"Jesus is coming soon it's a blessing"
"I regularly attend this church as a Seventh-day Adventist and have seen it grow from humble beginnings. Everyone is welcome to attend!"
