Otherwise Come to this location. Copy bus plate, the top 4 digits and date you lost it. The workers here will see your case and help you personally. Better that way and you'll be thankful they helped you."

"Horrible service. I arrived on time for the 3:30pm bus and even bought the ticket online. There were people at the front of the line who had come in time for the 3:15 bus but nothing had come. We ended up waiting till 4:15 and when still nothing came people started splitting taxis to go to the airport."

"Do not use this company!! My daughter and I both tried to buy tickets online and we received an error message that the transaction failed but then they still charged our cards SEVERAL TIMES. "Never use their services in your life! It's the worst experience. Take a taxi. 1. Instead of a Coach, we were provided with a regular suburban bus lacking any comfort. Attached are photos. 2. The driver completely disregards the schedule; it took us 40 minutes just to leave the airport because she was chatting and laughing with passengers. 3. The driver allowed two additional passengers without sufficient seats. Instead of suggesting they take the next bus, a 20-minute argument ensued. In the end, one sat on suitcases, and the other on the steps near the central doors. Photos are attached. 4. Upon exiting the airport, the driver twice cut off a car, creating a hazardous situation."
