"We had our son’s 9th birthday here, and had poor service leading up to and throughout the event. We had to constantly remind the team to bring out pizza, soccer balls, cake, etc, and had to go to the front desk for basic items like water, forks, cake cutter, candles, etc. And they spelled our son’s name wrong on the cake, even after we double checked the spelling with them beforehand! If they are going to charge $750 and up for a birthday party, they need to step up their game in every area."
