"The Woman who “appears” to be running this location is Miserable, every single day.. She is The very definition of a RUDE & OBNOXIOUS Customer service clerk who speaks to 90% of the customers very disrespectfully… There must be several complaints about her lack of manners and civility, and if this was a private company, she was working for instead of the Federal government, she would’ve been terminated a looooooong time ago !!!"
"Just close this place already. Never understood how this place is still even open. Numerous people have been complaining about rude workers from this place for years. Including being extremely rude to elders and disabled people. Woman all the way to the right is “always joy to encounter”. Then other workers follow her steps and on top of being rude. They always have something to say about the package. Whether label is placed “wrong”, door was slammed too hard for their liking. Always got something to say. Meanwhile no other USPS locations have. Since it is a “small” place, drop off package is limited to 6. If people thought other USPS locations are bad, use this place once. It will make other USPS locations look like pleasant place. Workers here find every excuse to not work. Clearly they do not want to work here nor enjoy working here. Either find others who wants to work here or shut this place down already."
"Every USPS I've ever been to has a poor star rating, but this is the first one that truly deserves it. The employees are extremely rude and impatient, and slow. Even when all you need to do is drop off a prepaid, labeled package, the employees manage to be extremely rude and make you feel like you are doing something very wrong and offensive to them."
"Movie-like in its rudeness. Go here if you have zero choice whatsoever. The woman with the chignon will ignore your greeting, immediately find fault with the most basic of addressed envelopes, will cut you off, mutter about The Rules, and then order you to toss your mail into an open bin accessible to anyone. The woman with braids just likes to shout. Jobs for life, and not a courteous word for anyone. Shameful."
"Just thinking of this place upsets me. It's a roulette wheel of toxicity in this place. I never know what I will be yelled at for. Sometimes I wait too long to approach the window, sometimes I'm too fast and the attendant will scream. If I bring my service animal it's a definite I will leave in tears. I placed a small envelope on top a package last week and you would have thought I threatened her the way she reacted. The people working here should not have jobs with people. If USPS needs to keep them employed due to union rules, maybe a role that isn't client facing would be better for everyone. Do we really deserve to fear getting in a petty argument just going to the post office?"
