"Today (October 6th 2023) I bought tickets and got absolutely terrible experience with the people who worked exactly in the entrance of street across to the Prospect zoo entrance. First of all they ask me to put in the garbage all the drinks I had. I was shocked, ok I did it. I was with a 2 year old baby. Next I bought tickets, and started to go the garden area and right away a young African American lady who worked today at the first window ( which closer to the security guard) called me and asked me to put on the garbage all the baby food… I stopped and asked again .. she said yes yes, I started to ask why on earth you let my baby be without a food , where is a only one rule that you can feed your baby anytime and any places if you baby is hungry no matter what ! She said No Are you kidding me ? I asked to refund me my money and I was so angry that this unbelievable and absolutely disrespectful thing can happened at the garden … this lady is so rude and she has absolutely violated pressure and sarcastic smile at the end saying to me Buy Buy while I was staying and crying and trying to take my money back. She doesn’t deserve that job , I’m sure other people ( two ladies ) who were sitting absolutely in silence like nothing is happening right now and only she was talked to me , she is also took my card and said- we not gonna do a refund , do it yourself… I’m ok with situation and my drinks but find me a mother who will not be standing for her 2 year old child if she needs a food ! Shame on you, lady! Shame The universe has rules on such people. You are not mother and never will be !"
"Very nice and clean and have a nice time"
"A fun little detour with a variety of informational panels for children. This area has some interactive exhibits that kids will enjoy. In early April the area is a bit bland but should be more lively at some point."
