"Overall it’s a good place to storage your stuff, they have dolly’s and an elevator. They started locking them up after a certain time so make sure you get there at least an hour before closing - sometimes they leave earlier. Customer service is good - they do work with you - and give you time if your running late on the bill. Make sure you add your card on file without that your access to the storage end 30 mins before closing - I found out the hard way. But yeah your stuff is safe here."

In the initial call with Cathy at the call center, we were provided with all the information we needed down to the last ‘t’ crossed and ‘I’ dotted. She connected us with Elwin who was even more amazing. Elwin made sure we understood the details of renting the unit as well as the promotional truck and driver service being offered. Elwin showed us the unit, helped with other documents we needed altered and explained everything throughly. We can safely say the experience has been great and we have high hopes on continuing forward!"
