"Dynamic arts community"
"Fantastic artists!"
"I have visited this place on 3 separate occasions and it is a lovely place to hold a venue with a beautiful outside garden and bars"
"Not a bad space. I rented a studio space there for about five years. But my studio shrank, as the rents were jacked up by considerable amounts. I moved to smaller and smaller studios until I just gave up and left. It's not a bad space really, but you can't concentrate and create good work in an unstable environment where you feel disposable."
"The owners do not care about the art community, the artists, or art. They constantly undermined the community by doubling rents, selling off equipment without notice, and failing to provide promised amenities. Most Recently, they sold off all of the ceramics equipment without giving notice to the resident potters, and conveniently timed the sale after rent has been paid. Since they purchased the studio five years ago, they have ruined the experience of having a communal and supportive space. If you’re a legitimate working artist, don’t rent space there. Find a real studio."
