"Nice staff but this company did nothing to help me when my items were damaged in a flood, and they increase their storage rates frequently with no warning. Nowhere to discard trash and inconsistent availability of customer service support. That said, the location is convenient enough, good to have a parking garage, and the staff are interpersonally pleasant. Better hell than other hell, I guess, but still hell."

"I really loved this place until the operation changed hands, went from an incredibly accessible unit to crazy hour restrictions that don't work with my schedule, when that was originally my entire reason for purchasing a unit here in the first place. I work in events and the hours far surpass their new "gate hours", but somehow the cost keeps going up even though now I'm sitting here with a living room full of gear because I couldn't get back into storage after a late event last week. Frustrated because otherwise this is and was a great location but I'm starting to search elsewhere given the struggle of the hour limitations."
