Reviews
"Steady building and renovating so they can put the life long residences out, in order to let gentrification take place. NYC will give practically ANY of the residents remaining a Sec 8 voucher now so they can leave and go elsewhere! Go figure. There was a time not so long ago that the Sec 8 applications were closed indefinitely!"
"Brownsville isn't as bad as the reputation it has. It is what you make it. For me its been a blessing. I finally have MY OWN HOME!. So i mostly stay inside, lol."
"It's a very active neighborhood but, can be peaceful some days. It's a diverse and flavourful environment if you choose to see it that way."
"The most dirtiest the most unprofessional and uncomfortable place ever management don’t do their job they fix the mail box and anyone can open it they know it need to get fix and want people to come to the post office to receive there mail like everyone lives there have Time on their hands I work and shouldn’t call out to get my mail. Don’t move to this ratchet area are building are you will regret it in the long run"
"Last year, I helped my friend drive to this condominium because she had secured a unit here. I saw that the apartments were very spacious and the elevators were not bad at all. For the amount of rent or mortgage (I'm not sure which applies here) which is paid, it's a very good environment for families, especially car owners. There are many community facilities in the area like a synagogue, there are many food stores ranging from Chinese stores, Russian stores, Jamaican stores, within driving distance. Great location for professors at Brooklyn College or any of the schools in the area who might be seeking affordable housing."
