"Woman called on a Saturday being completely rude about a package the postal system lost....then screamed at me telling me she was putting me hold which was actually her just hanging up on me. Usps is awful at customer service and has been for at least 15yrs I have had to deal with them"

"This place gotta be the worst had an appointment 1130am today to get my son's passport. Got there 15 mins early after waiting on the line only to find out the person who does the passport went on lunch!!! 1130?? And won't be back till 12:30...SO WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!! Keep in mind I got there at 11:15 how long is lunch what they eating a whole cow???"

"Yesterday it was raining heavily and the old Asian postman wanted me to sign for the package. Even though his equipment was drenched and not water proof. My package was covered in water. There was a very expensive designer shirt inside. Luckily it was wrapped properly. This guy has been delivering my packages for more than ten years now. So I don't know what his deal was. I asked them to get rid of him and have someone else deliver my stuff but they don't listen. I might look ordinary but I have family in the military, white house and uncles who are law enforcement officials. So please do not underestimate my kindness."

"I live less than an mile away from the post office and there are many days that mails are not being delivered to my home. As recent as Nov 29, 2023 I put a mail in a USPS post box at the corner from my home that was addressed to a family member with my home address as they needed a postmarked envelope for the DMV....it's now 6 days and I am yet to receive the mail. There are many occasions when my mail and packages are being delivered to other addresses in the neighborhood and I also receive packages/mail belonging to other people. I have lodged complaints at the post office and nothing is being done. 1 month ago I was waiting on a package that I needed urgently, I was standing in my front yard when I got notification that the package was delivered but nothing was delivered to my home - apparently the mailman delivered my package to someone else and when I called the Post office customer service I was told that all they can do with put in a report and someone from the local post office will contact me within 3-5 business days - it's over a month and I am still waiting on the call. Last week a package that was supposed to be delivered as a "next-day" mail since the sender paid for next day delivery never came until 2 days after. ALL I CAN SAY USPS SERVICES IT TERRIBLE"
