Reviews
"I will also be calling after writing this review. I visited my grandmother's resting place, which I visit at least once or twice a year. When I visited last year, her headstone was sunken into the ground, so we requested it to be raised, they actually completed this task without a problem and it was raised within the month. My last time visiting prior to last week was May 2023. When I came last week, I could not locate her headstone because there were leaves and weeds and trash everywhere, I had to dig through the leaves, rip up weeds, then clean it off. I am upset that the grounds are not regularly maintained, there are liquor bottles, chip bags, and candy wrappers overflowing the trash which doesn't make any sense. Nobody wants to visit their loved one and see pure filth. The grounds have not been regularly maintained for a few years now. In addition, now the sidewalk that my grandmother's headstone is on, is uneven and sunken. This is hazardous for anything who may need assistance walking or anyone who is in a wheelchair. Please take some pride in your grounds as you have people's family resting there!"
"I want to know what will be done.the grounds are a disgrace.garbage pail full to the top. Honestly it’s very unsettling and we should not have the visit our loved one in these conditions."
"I'm not pleased with Chapels of Eden and the Rosemont Crematory either this time or in November of 2019 when these places get businesses to take care of the deceased but lack pride in taking care of the family members we trust them to prepare for their services. Whatever you don't choose these two places for your family members. If I could give them no stars I would. Poor service around the board!!!!!!!!!!!!"
