"Neil and his painting assistant always showed up on time and worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy with the work done. I love the paint job he did , it amazed me how efficient and tidy they worked . He came back an extra day to paint an extra small bath no issue. I’m thrilled with his quality of work and work ethic I’m hoping to continue future projects with him."

"Neil is a very nice guy when you speak with him and probably had all good intentions of helping me out, but he could not and ultimately did not manage my project. The exterior paint job was ok. The interior and construction part is still a disaster. Workers under skilled and un managed. Workers constantly talked behind each other's backs and complained to me about their pay, commute, etc. Empty paint cans, buckets, brushes etc all over yard and in garage. Spilled paint 3x on new concrete garage floors. Cigarette butts in yard and garage. Got oily residue on kitchen wall and cupboard doors that I had to repair. Little respect for my property and materials that cost $$$. After weeks barely covered by tarp I had to move materials into garage and organize them. No removal of debris. Paint mistakes had to fix myself. Low quality construction work, which included large amounts of wasted material due to workers mistakes. Workers did not look at architects drawings, so had to undo and re do and be told multiple times that they were doing it incorrectly. Then I was blamed for "changes" and for material overage costs. Sloppy sheetrock install, did not put insulation in one area. Had to remove sheetrock and install the insulation. Did not fulfill contract and I would win a lawsuit for interior work 80% unfinished per the contract. Have to hire others to complete project, a nightmare scenario for a homeowner."
