"Very unprofessional they don’t want to help you do anything I speak to my case manager when he need to do a home visit other than that he doesn’t return my phone calls text or email not even to answer a question he has hung up in me a couple of times never help me with anything of the resources that they have I literally have to go down town to the office and the supervisor are not helpful at all these ppl are getting paid to sit and laugh in there office’s every day it’s sad NO one follows up on anything these ppl do I’ve been trying to contact the supervisor and it just answering Machine after another I don’t deserve this I’m going to the main office hopefully they will help me with some information and resources that can help me S.DABBS"

"Most of the staff, especially the manager the day I came (12 June 2024) were very rude and disrespectful towards everyone, even an old lady who nicely asked a question. Seeing the other reviews, you should really think about changing your staff. This is unacceptable. Some of them were racist too. I would have yelled, left and went to the police if I didn’t need their services."

"Arrive here at six o'clock and queue up. The schedule is until ten o'clock. He said that if it is full today, he needs to queue up again tomorrow. Is this teasing people? Since there is no limit on the number of people, why don't you open the door and let so many people wait for a few hours in the cold wind? And the attitude is very unfriendly. If you don't like this job, you can go home and stay. You have to be worthy of work when you go to work. There should be respect for people"
