"Wow, they really break you down here. It reminded me a little of the Wiener’s Circle in Chicago where their thing is that they’re mean to the customers. Tbh they’re nicer at the Wiener’s Circle though. I did a passport application here, I would recommend doing it at a different post office if you can."

"The woman working was rude - she said I had the wrong box for my prepaid label. I asked if she could print a new label since I’d already adhered the sticker to the “wrong” box (btw I have used this box to ship with this prepaid label several times previously) she said I had to peel the sticker off myself or she’d charge me full price for shipping to reprint it. I showed her how the sticker was pulling off with paper from the box - she said that’s your problem you need to rip it off better ??? I asked why she felt the need to be rude about it - she said it wasn’t her problem I didn’t know what I was doing??? Shipping at USPS is totally confusing like most government entities - when someone makes a mistake the people should be willing to help not blame the person…"

"Passport People often write reviews when it’s a bad experience, Get an early appointment, show up with your forms (photo you can take on the other side of street they open at 10) or have it ready and you will be taken care of. The person who did my documents was super nice lady. Try to go in early . Congrats on anyone getting a US passport:)"

"This post office location is my neighborhood post office. In my limited experience going to this post office I have noticed how slow the process has been and dread how long I would normally have to wait in line in my experiences. There only saving grace is an employee named Sasha. She is helpful, efficient and speedy. I went to this post office yesterday and although they have about 4-5 windows available to serve the public only two were being utilized at any given time. The line was very long and the initial two ladies who were working were moving very slowly. One of the ladies went on break and then Sasha started working and the line moved waaaay faster. I am grateful that Sasha is an efficient employee here. 3 stars only because Sasha saved me time."
