"You can definitely tell that this place gets little to no training or funding; as the workers looked drained of energy, almost dead. Patrons that come in are almost always leaving frustrated, almost as if they want you to give up. Mind you, from what I can see; there's not even enough staff there to even make up for the sheer amount of people that come in with complaints and problems. I feel bad for everyone here worker or patron alike...Our government has some explaining to do...."
"Been there a few times trying to help someone. Experiences were all the same: rude customer service. Call the HRA number and expect a 4 hr wait."
"Decent...not that long of a wait.Workers move at a decent pace.. security is all over overseeing things etc...Dont worry go early and youll b out sooner.."
"Very disappointed with the customer service. Supervisors were rude. It seems like they need a new team or at least some training in basic manners. I am surprised this place doesn't have a lower rating."
"the food stamps place is clearly going at a snail's pace and that is still an understatement, waited about 5 hours for something that takes roughly 10 minutes, they should revamp the waiting system and limit the calls to 3, people get very restless when the same number gets called more than 5 times, the workers there become too agitated and aggressive, I'm surprised that nothing major has happened yet, it also stinks to high hell, had to go home and wash my clothes and shower right away is how bad it was. The change in the system seems so sudden that the instructions I had was either not up to date, or the staff did not get the memo... Anyone here trying to file for snap OSD, will either be out of luck or it will take more than a month, hopefully without screw ups to fulfill your request and get your benefits back, if anything just count your losses and move on, it's just not worth it."
