"I went to the New Hartford store to get a new phone and found Store Specialist Angil C. to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The store can be very busy at times, but she was able to get me set up with a new phone and went above and beyond what I'd expect of a customer service specialist."

"Horrible experience. Tried to return a box, and they wouldn't take it back because I'm not an authorized user on the account. It's my parents' account, and I take care of it all because they are retired snow birds who are in Florida for half the year. So I called in to make myself an authorized user, and they told me I'm still not taking it back because I did that in front of them and to take the box to a ups store. I just wanted to return the box and have it removed from the account so we would stop being charged for a box we aren't using anymore and have to go through this hassle."

Not once did she act irritated or not maintain professionalism. It was a pleasure for how awful Straight Talk made the transaction. All employees should take a page out of Darlene's book! "They had 2 employees working with a line of at least 15 people, all with different issues. The employees were kind, but the store doesn't seem to care about customer time. If they had one employee just taking equipment returns, one selling phones, etc, it'd be much more efficient for everyone."

"Terrible wait times, but don’t hate on the reps. Hate on corporate for not increasing the staffing levels. Went in on a late Thursday afternoon (without a reservation) and was 17th on the queue. Within a half hour, I only moved to 15th. Decided to leave and make a reservation for the next day. I showed up early Friday and was seen 6 minutes before my appointment time. My issue was taken care of by the time of actual appointment time. Representative was very friendly and respectful. Management/ corporate should have separate reps/lines or queue times for mobile phone shoppers vs internet/tv shoppers."
