"Wonderful addition to skyline of Manhattan"
"This organization does good work in the city. However, I have been really disturbed by its continued use of Imam Mujaddid after he has been known to make horrendously misogynistic, homophobic, and generally bigoted comments that are unbecoming of Islam. As a chaplain I believe that no Muslim should ever be made to feel unwelcome or unworthy of Allah’s grace by any faith leader. I don’t want to use his presence to discount the amazing work Park 51 does but having this Khateeb around casts a dark shadow on an otherwise bright light."
