"The storage facility was hard to find, not obvious where it was located if you were to just Google “Storage Facility” like we did. 141 Montague Street was the name of the deli next door. But the hair saloon / baby clothes store where the facility is actually located, didn’t have any “Bounce” sticker or any way to identify it when you are out on the street. Once we realised where it was, we had to go upstairs to drop our bags off and with X4 fairly big and heavy bags, this wasn’t ideal. We hadn’t seen anything to say it would be upstairs and it was quite a few steps. The person I was travelling with had a bad back, so I had to carry all four bags up by myself. Once we were there, the app process was easy to download and pay for. The woman told me to put them in the corner and I expected that while we were gone, that our belongings would be locked up and put in a cupboard at least. But when I returned a few hours later, they were literally at the other side of the hair dressers, with kids surrounding it. I told the guy, I presume in charge of the store that I was here to pick up my bags, and he pointed to bags that were not mine. I then pointed mine out at the other side of the room. He also didn’t ask for any confirmation that I had a booking until I actually showed it to him. I had to wait for a woman with her kids to move out of the way as it was such a crowded area before I could get to my bags and then I moved them one by one to the other side of the store so I could then go about taking them downstairs. The guy from the store did off to help me take my bags down, which I was grateful for. All in all, I was glad that it was fine and the woman who took our bags was pleasant and our bags were ultimately safe."

"I’m always a bit nervous using a service like this, but there was no need to be. Location was great, near the subway, the laundrette was clean and felt secure. Bags were put away in a separate room so not on display. Staff were also great and if I return to Williamsburg I will definitely use again!"
