"Funny little playground in the middle of the path from and to Brooklyn bridge park, but it has history attached."

"It's not so much of a park as it is a basketball court. The pedestrian path which leads down to the water is nice, and has great views of the financial district. When my friend and I stopped to use the public restroom, there was 3-4 men inside smoking pot. It was a little sketchy."
