"There's a nice lap pool in Brooklyn with people swimming laps. Not a nice facility but clean and the water is crystal clear. Nice normal swimmers in the pool."
"Incredible discovery this is a small neighborhood park. I went to the African festival. I had a great time. It was a lot of different vendors who showed up from different countries and places in New York City. It was a lot of entertainment, food and drinks and also a lot of products to choose from."
"Even though there were several days of rain, I still got the chance to come out on the final day of the International African Arts Fest! The best part? Food from Maati Made It. Some of the best vegan soul food I've ever tasted."
"This was my first time here at the park. They had hosted this year's afropunk event. Two day event. It was a large park and there were a lot of people that showed up to support the event. There were a lot of different vendors there promoting different products. The people all had came out to show their outfits. It was a very colorful moment. The atmosphere was very peaceful and pleasant. It was hot one both days but it was nice to sit on a blanket in the grass. I found this event to be very cultural, spiritual and sociable. There were a lot of people that attended and I wish the park was bigger. The music was upbeat the performances from the musicians were phenomenal. I cant wait until next year. I came all the way from the bronx to see this event. I was glad we were able to bring our own food cause the food truck and tent lines were way to long. It was like a modern day Woodstock. I'll be back again."
