I came to tour a unit on Wednesday and said I would come back Friday to book. Ebony was very communicative asking if it’d be helpful if they sent a reminder call and also confirmed that the rate provided in my web inquiry would still apply. While I was filling out my forms she was multitasking helping several other customers on the phone and was friendly in every exchange.
