"I just booked a unit with Miss Ebony’s support and I can say that this is some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! Super friendly, thorough, and great follow up. I came to tour a unit on Wednesday and said I would come back Friday to book. Ebony was very communicative asking if it’d be helpful if they sent a reminder call and also confirmed that the rate provided in my web inquiry would still apply. While I was filling out my forms she was multitasking helping several other customers on the phone and was friendly in every exchange. She even called me after I left because I forgot my umbrella in their office. I haven’t yet moved in (will be in a few days’ time), but I’m hopeful that the rest of the team is as stellar as Ebony!"
