"My 2 month old puppy got stuck under my husband's seat in his vehicle and we called 911. We were told they couldn't send help. I told him to drive to the fire station I grew up seeing everyday which was this one. We asked if the mechanic could remove the seat but out of fear of further harming the puppy I insisted to ask the fire house for help. They didn't hesitate to come over and got him out fast and safely. I can't thank everyone enough. You guys are our heroes! P.s we ordered him a doggie car seat on Amazon"
"I am not sure this firehouse responded to false alarm at my Cornelia st today at 10:30pm I am deaf. They clearly got it and were super curious Stood back so I can lip read. Assured me they understood I let them check house. It was a tenants false alarm Great full. In emergency they pulled back n pulled down masked. I got scared. But they were curtious Thank you from a deaf resident Professional to the max. We have many deaf within Bushwick community Thank you"
