Reviews
"I live in the area, the park looks nice but it’s a dangerous place to go to. There’s housing projects next to the park and there are gangs, they threaten me and tried to rob me once."
"This was Heckscher Playground. I remember as a young child my dad bringing us here to play. Back then the park look totally different. I’m not even sure if this was the name of the park back then. It always brings back beautiful memories. It’s always a great time when we go and visit family and reminisce on the good old times."
"If this is the same park I remember as a little girl. I lived across the street at 85 Grove st. The memories Ive as it was just yesterday. Unfortunately there have been so many changes. I am talking 1968 til 1970. We had only 4 swings, a seesaw, monkey bars and a water sprinkler for the summertime."
"This park is very nice. I have found 4 in this area and this by far is the cleanest, and most current and modern jungle gyms, swings, and sprinklers. There are other parts also, but we only visit for my 16 month old."
"Great playground. Friendly environment for my young boys. The park is pretty much immaculate. I love that it has a section for adults to exercise as well. It has a soccer field that is pretty well kept. I love it so far"
