"Be aware dont go to this stupid USPS. Manger and workers are un professional, rude and dont wanna take any packages. they will show you attitude. if you say something or tell them "we pay for the shipping" and your getting paid do the work. they show you more packages and show even more attitude. they are just robbing the USPS and not doing any work. at the end they just get pay $800 for latterly being rube and lazy."
"If you offer pickup, make sure your delivery people pick up. I am constantly tracking them down. Today I had sub who was rude and declined the take my package. Unacceptable! All these reviews speak volume."
"During my first passport appointment the one person in charge of passports didn’t show up to work. During my second appointment, I had to do a 30-45 min line and the staff was really rude. I overheard another staff member speaking horribly to an older person that said he couldn’t hear her well. She placed the Closed sign on the window and left him talking. He just wanted her to write the price of stamps because he couldn’t hear well. The worst disrespect I’ve seen towards an elder."
"One of the worst post office I ever been to. First off: don’t they all get the same federal founding? I ask this because it’s ugly and as a customer the “looks” should matter also. Second expect for a very professional and nice Indian looking lady, the others workers there are awful. They don’t pay attention to your request, if they have to add stamps it seems you are asking the life out of them (isn’t it selling stamps one of the main reasons one goes to the post office? Asking for tariffs and put stamps??? Well over there it seems almost an impossible task!!)…. They are rude and it’s clear they hate their jobs. Why don’t they go do something worse then and leave the jobs to people who want actually do it??… it’s not that hard to be nice to customers. Except that lady who is good, the others younger ones are terrible at their jobs."
"I have to change my review from 3 years ago. I run a small buying/selling business and use this post office frequently. I dropped off 2 packages with prepaid priority labels, total value of ~$1000 on a Monday, meant to be shipped on Monday. The packages were never scanned and didn't leave the facility until 11pm Friday. I even went into the PO on Thursday asking why there was no tracking information, because my customers were worried, and got told that the packages left on Monday. I get that there are delays because of Covid, but why did the packages just sit there for 5 days? It reflects negatively on me because my customers will think that I didn't drop the packages off until Friday even though I said Monday. And plus I paid double for priority shipping, and now it's going to get there in the same time ground shipping would have taken. Unfortunately this isn't the first issue I've had. The staff are generally very nice but just seem disorganized sometimes. And there's often a long line because only 1 or 2 registers are being staffed. This is why I started buying prepaid labels. I want to support my local PO but I also want to make sure my customers are getting good service."
