"This post office needs the attention city of the state! There was over 20 people in line at 11:20 and one window open. I waited 20 minutes and only moved up 3 spots. I asked if there was someone else that could help get out and she said no that she was the only one there. There was also a women ranting loudly about hacked mail that she had on hold. It was obvious she wanted everyone in the post office to know about her stolen mail. She was very disturbing and should have been asked to make her call outside. Jersey City, this post office needs a new supervisor. Mostly one star reviews on here."

"Went to get a passport and went during walk-in hours, the lady at the front didn't bother checking if someone could help just started yelling that they couldn't do it and that they were backed up. Very rude! Another gentleman who worked there stepped in and assisted me and others but she just didn't want to work it seemed…. Very unprofessional. But the other worker was very kind."

"This was the coolest, old-school Post Office I have ever been to. Unfortunately, they only had two front desk Associates, but coming here was worth it because they tried to preserve the historic building and mailboxes."
