"If you thought America was a developed country, wait until you see this place: you'll feel like you live in the Soviet Union. Won't linger on the decrepit state of the building; only half the booths were staffed despite the 10+ people waiting in line, and by 4:30 employees started closing their window and going back home (even though closing time is 5:30). When it was finally my turn, they told me they were out of stamps (quite embarrassing for a post office) and that I should use the self-service machines... which were all out of service."

"Left Priority Mail packet in the self service mailbox at 4.30pm. It sat there for more than 24 hours (I tracked it through tracking number). Within Manhattam delivery took 3 days. Great 'priority' service."
