"I was born in 1950 and baptized at Our Lady of Sorrow. I made my first communion n confirmation there with my older siblings. My two brothers were alter boys. I remember Ftr O' Brien, a jovial, funny and wonderful Irish priest. Plus Ftr William. I was scared of Mother Superior, but looking back, she was strict but the heart of her soul loved everyone. All the other nuns were kind and loving. I missed the latin masses and opera singing of "Ave Maria" which brought tears of love to my eyes for Our Blessed Mother. May those of you whom attend her, find God's blessing, Jesus Love and Holy Spirit be upon you as in my life."
"My beautiful church. I can see it every day from my window.priests are wonderful. The people are kind and helpful. Thank you Father Thomas and Father Michael, God bless you all Amen."
"My family from both sides, have been going to this church for years. It is big, there's a lot of seating and the paintings are still original from when they did this church. They host a lot of events throughout the year and they also have a school next to it. I remember going as a child to this school. It needs a major upgrade. But seeing how things are still preserved, it just takes you back to simpler times. I love going to their fairs, they are small but always so nice and cute! This church will always be in my memories."
