"Even to pay a penalty is a whole day ordeal. How is possible that there was no one, not a single person here and tools me 3 hrs to do a transaction. The worst"
"I visited the queens dept of buildings on Sept 20,2023. 11:30am. The staff at the records room is absolutely rude and disgusting. I just can’t comprehend how these people still have their jobs. I saw an individual speaking to homeowners in a vile and demeaning manner. This is unacceptable, especially in NYC. This entire staff needs to be held accountable for their actions."
"Utterly useless. I live in an illegal building with no paperwork and they just close the complaint over and over. What a shame, why do we pay our taxes again? Hmm..."
"They make visitors wear masks but none of the staff there wear facial covers. Larry the black guy in record department is probably the most disgusting person i’ve seen in decades. He referred to an Asian man a “little guy” in front of him and said that he pretended to be stupid, he even asked the other staff not to help the visitor. When his co-worker make a mistake, he joked around said she should be fired. An Asian lady was there for 20 min looking through her paperwork, when he came back from lunch, he said out loud that he’s “sick if seeing her”. He would accuse you if you ask any question but his explanation is very unclear because he’s trying to put blames on you at the same time."
