"Hello, I attended jury duty for the first time today at the courthouse. I inquired with one of the officers to confirm the location, and their response was, "I think so." I found this response to be unprofessional and discourteous."

"I've visited this place on numerous occasions! The first time I visited this place was some time in the beginning of 2022 regarding an illegal hold on my vehicle by the 113th Precinct! This was my white 2020 honda civic. I spoke with the deputy chief of staff, Brittany Scott. Long story short, her or the Borough President Donavan Richards refuse to help! As a result, I had to do my own footwork and exercise my rights in order to rectify this issue. The next time I visited this place for help was in August of 2023 regarding a judge issuing a FULL STAY AWAY ORDER OF PROTECTION IN FAVOR OF MY ROOMMATE, RESULTING IN ME BEING KICKED OUT OF MY OWN APARTMENT FOR THREE(3)MONTHS! I was falsely arrested by the 113th Precinct for defending myself in a fight with my roommate, even though I called the police! All of this was explained in person and via email to this office! Once again they decided to do nothing about it! As a result, I was living in the streets for 3 months without access to my belongings and mail! Most importantly, it was starting to get COLD OUTSIDE! I even spoke with the DIRECTOR OF HOUSING, Lisa Atkins! Lisa did nothing for me but told me a bunch of lies in order to justify the police and judge actions! While speaking to her in person at this location, there was a bunch of law enforcement officers in the hallway waiting for me to give ANY SIGNS OF THREAT OR AGGRESSION TOWARDS Lisa Atkins, therefore they would be able to use EXCESSIVE FORCE ON ME! I remember seeing only one(1) WHITE MALE IN THE BUNCH, and to my knowledge, he was the person that was going to give the GREEN LIGHT for all the black enforcement officers to attack me while speaking with Lisa Atkins! I kept it calm, leaving this place to go back on the streets! Once again, Katherine Kat Thomas, Lisa Atkins, Brittany Scott, and Donavan Richards has decided to do NOTHING REGARDING THIS INJUSTICE!!! Once again, I did the footwork and got this case dismissed in November of 2023, in which I was charged with Assault! I then was able to go back in my place of residence even though i was terrified for my life! Lisa Atkins should of had me transferred to a different apartment especially the fact that i have a S.O.T.A VOUCHER!! The next time i visited this place was on April 22, 2024 regarding my car being illegally booted by a City Marshal! This car is a 2022 Honda Accord. I explained the issue to Katherine Kat Thomas in addition to emailing the Borough President, Donavan Richards. Once again, nothing was done and on April 24, 2024 my vehicle was towed by a unknown male, not even the City Marshal! Once again, I had to do my own footwork and file a Petition in civil Court in which cost me $300 dollars! Hopefully the judge rule in my favor! Fast forwarding to my most current visitation to this place on June 3, 2024 12:30pm! This time I'm complaining about my safety and mental health living in this apartment with a stranger that I had two(2) fights with where police were involved both times and ORDER OF PROTECTIONS WERE ISSUED BOTH TIMES AS STATED HEREIN, ONE ORDER WAS IN FAVOR OF HIM AND ONE WAS IN FAVOR OF ME! WHY HAVEN'T THEY HELP ME WITH A TRANSFER YET? THIS GUY CAN BE TRYING TO POISON ME FOR ALL I KNOW! This time I spoke with Brittany Scott again and the only thing she did was ask me if there was another physical altercation with me and my roommate as if she was trying to get me FALSELY ARRESTED RITE IN QUEENS BOROUGH HALL! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Once again, nothing was done and I'm still living amongst this stranger(roommate) hoping that a problem doesn't occur, in which can cost me my freedom! This place does NOTHING TO HELP THE AMERICAN PEOPLE! At least not me!!!"

"I went to a Career Fair here from Astoria. Quick, easy place to find. I took the N->7->F and I'm the subway stop on the F let me out right in front of the building. Beautiful building, lots going on. All round good experience!"

"This is where you go for jury duty... Come early, skip the lines at the magnetometer... Ok to bring food and drink, be neat. Needs more power outlets, WiFi is available. Travel from this building to the courthouse is a pain, especially in the cold. Make sure to listen, people make the silliest mistakes. Not too many food options in the area. If you get picked, lunch is at 1pm."

"I love it here. Was just here for the Black Business Month Event and It was a beautiful event. Just met the Queens Borough President Donovan Richards and The Deputy Borough President Rhonda Binda at the event. It was clean and huge and the staff was nice and helpful. Stay blessed."
