"Worst Hra in New York City I try to avoid coming here but they don’t EVER answer they phones smh"
"Horrible customer service even with the new workers. I went to accompany my homegirl & the energy in that building & the way those customers were being treated was extremely rude & upsetting because those people are actually there for help, we're not even going to go into how slow those numbers were being called smh"
"This is not rite! I been on the phone since 10:30am today trying to get my SNAP Interview and I still haven’t gotten anyone to help me. This is absolutely ridiculous! Tomorrow is the last day I got to get it and I couldn’t do it earlier because I had Covid and so much more has been going on in my life that this was due. I don’t deserve to lose my benefits because of not being able to get on the phone with someone. This is a disgrace."
"If you can avoid coming here do so at all costs. The entire place needs to be fired or retrained to do a simple office job. It’s very sad that the people working at a public service place can be so miserable they rather play with people than just provide the service that they get paid to provide. Forcing people to wear masks and stay seated without calling the numbers for hours is torture. Appears they rather take extended bathroom breaks and gossip behind the glass rather than call the numbers (that whole people and families are waiting on being called) that they get paid to called"
"Much better than in the past I never had to use foodatamp until now and soon will stop using it , on the meantime it helps to get a plate of food with dignity God bless..."
