"Awful experience....would give negative stars if possible. This location messed up my billing, couldn't see that I already paid on move-in date, sent me wrong invoice of $150 within 4days of move-in and another of $322 within a month. My email and calls get ignored. Then they broke into my unit and ran through my items then sent me a mail that my items were going to be auctioned. Then another email that move-out date has been scheduled for me. I called and someone picked up eventually and said that 'out of courtesy' they were going to replace my lock. What courtesy?? You illegally broke my lock and went through my stuff!!! Some manager called to say I could come pick up my key...from across the country? No apologies, like they are doing me a favor! This location is a joke. No I'm not letting this slide."

"Sharisse was quick helpful and lovely. Lucky to have her. Facility very clean. A rarity in New York. Unfortunately, it closes itself, often and you cannot get in. No point in renting a storage unit if they apologize for the inconvenience and put a sign up that both the office and access are closed. Twice in the last two weeks. I'll be vacating at my earliest convenience."
