"Mark and his grandson came out to pump the septics at my house and a rental I own. They seemed to spend the time to really look down the opening and pumped out what needed to be pumped out. I made the appointment over the phone in advance. He showed up on time. No complaints. Not pushy about getting septic pumped every two years (like Gaggle does). 3-4 years works for 1-2 people households."

"There is so much I can say about these people. We got them so we can close on our house. We we’re told only 500-600$ but instead they charge us 700$! They were very pushy and when I told them we were going to get there money they were leaving when we pulled back up and the job wasn’t even done yet! We went to my in-law up the road to get the money! They were only supposed to pump our septic tank but they did more than what needed! Overall I am not happy with this experience"
