I Paid for a Certified delivery of the letter and the Attendant misread the zip code and it was lost for another month. At our house. we daily have other addressed mail delivered to the building. "Well, simply put. I came in to 201 Varick Street PO to cash a USPS money order and was basically turned away. The cashier even suggested that I deposit it into my account and I told her that it would take 3 days to clear. DON'T BUY THEIR MONEY ORDERS UNLESS YOU INTEND TO ENDORSE OR DEPOSIT INTO YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY WON'T CASH IT REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY CLAIM!!!!"

"Not enough staff. Looks like encourage self send kiosk. Had to make two trips to send off a package. Update: Had a issue with a late delivery date. I went to the counter to follow up and receive help on reimbursement and I was able to speak to a very nice lady. Who was able to process my refund right away. Although this location is severely understaffed they are helpful."

"The staff and service at this post office are unprofessional. I had a 12pm PASSPORT appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. After informing them of my appointment and beginning to fill out the form, the employee assisting me left for her lunch break. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for her to return. It’s unclear why they would schedule appointments during their lunch break. The supervisor was also indifferent to the situation. If you plan to get a passport here around midday, expect long waits and CARELESS employees. I strongly recommend avoiding this place for passport appointments."
