"Carolina was so helpful! You don’t expect moving to be pleasant, but with Caroline’s help this experience was made the best it could be! I even called my family afterwards to tell them what a nice surprise It was to be treated so kindly and warmly in a standardly unpleasant and even hostile at times industry. This was one of those interactions that you have to soak up here in New York considering the general lack of outward kindness & patience you see here in the city. Carolina went out of her way to show me how to access my unit even walking me down there personally while maintaining a friendly kind and professional manner. Great experience."

"Really disappointing experience. They just try to draw you in with their seemingly low prices but will then charge you something totally different on arrival. I reserved a unit online for a promotion price. Arrived a couple of days later to check in and was told they had no units available for that price and could not offer me that price on another unit. So the reservation online is totally meaningless. It creates false expectations and major inconvenience for customers who are moving out and then left in a difficult position at the last minute. Not to mention very confusing/inaccurate information over the phone. I would not recommend this business at all."

He took the time to explain all the available options and made sure I found the perfect unit to suit my needs. The facility itself was impressive—spotlessly clean and well-organized. Each unit was in great condition, which gave me great confidence that my belongings would be safe and secure. "I'm moving out of my dorm for the summer and landed a very last minute reservation in a mad scramble to make arrangements. It’s been stressful, but thank god for the wonderful people of public storage. It was absurdly easy to reserve and confirm my space and the space itself is stunning, exactly what I need. I went in to go over everything and was aided by the delightful Carolina, if any of her superiors are reading this I suggest she be promoted at once with a hearty raise. She was very personable and helpful, we had a good time chatting and going over everything, it was a huge relief! I feel confident my things are in good hands."
