"I had a wonderful experience at this post office (Cooper Station), truly life affirming - yes at the post office! Paula is incredibly helpful and well informed and I found all of the staff to be pleasant and supportive. I won’t get into details, but Paula’s knowledge regarding US passport renewal saved me a huge amount of potential grief."
"The employee I dealt with was so rude and condescending - like many others have said. I hoped maybe the reviews were exaggerations… But nope. The woman with the short red hair was scolding me for asking for help as if I was an incompetent employee, like, ma’am, I’m here as a customer because I need help. I don’t care if employees lack enthusiasm and aren’t always smiling, it’s hard to keep that up all day, but there’s no reason to treat other people in such a blatantly rude way."
"Never one to review but God African American lady with the short haircut has to be the most unprofessional individual. Unfortunately this isn’t my first time having to deal with her terrible attitude. If you are that damn miserable which you obviously are get a different job"
"Having never left a Google Maps review before, today's experience at THIS USPS location left me thoroughly displeased. The rudeness of the employees makes me question the impact of leaving feedback. It was my first time mailing a package at USPS, I didn’t know I need to write the address on the package and I was unaware that the sender's address should be at the top and the receiver's at the bottom. The employee's demeanor was extremely rude and condescending towards my lack of knowledge. Instead of offering assistance, she repeatedly criticized my actions, insinuating that I should have known better. It felt as though she was treating me like an incompetent employee rather than a customer seeking assistance. To add insult to injury, she shouted 'Happy Easter' sarcastically when I expressed my reluctance to continue with the transaction due to her rudeness. She even asked, 'Do you want me to do it?' But that’s what you should offer at the first place, isn't it? Not saying that after criticizing my mistake? This experience left me feeling deeply offended and questioning whether USPS expects all customers to be experts in their mailing procedures."
"The lovely woman at the counter was very busy on her cell phone then told me she doesn't get paid enough to deal with my lost package. They can't keep track of a single package and will "lose" your prescription medication or any other package they don't feel like delivering."
