"Unexpected sideways to walk through. A bit of narrow but just for few meters than again you will hot a big park"
"This walkway is for joggers and of course any other visitor or tourist. East River is on the East Side, Avenue C, FDR on the west side."
"Very very narrow and honestly not an attractive spot but hey what other water do you have as a rician whos tweaking for the weekend this watwr is filthy"
"Good bike path but there is a terribly tight section that needs to be address for all to pass going North and South. It's around 20th give or take a few blocks north or south."
"I just watched a TV documentary about a child born in 2003 in California who remembers a past life as a NYC fireman who died on 9/11. At only 3 years old, the child knew everything about the firehouse and equipment that only a fireman would know. I immediately thought about Paddy Briwn who’s amazing funeral I attended. The boy claimed he worked Firehouse 3 where Patrick Brown was captain. Having had great affection for Captain Brown, a remarkable man who was also a Yoga master, I googled him and found this site. I intend to bicycle over in honor of a decorated Vietnam Nam Vet, hero of 9/11, Patrick, “Paddy” Brown, who was beloved by many."
