"Do not do business here. I requested a “customer pickup” for my undelivered package and these idiots sent out my package AGAIN, without any consideration for my request. Now I have to wait another week for my package. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Wanted to ship a package and wasn't sure where to put the return address, as i hadn't used this type of packaging before. Was told by the woman at the counter that "wasn't her problem" and i couldn't ship the package."

"I went there a week ago for my wife's package. She went online and informed them to leave it at the poat office and i will pick it up. However, when i went there there was another notice that it was redelivered again. Why do we need to fill out requests online if you do not follow it. But anyways, today 4/15/24 i went there again bcoz my wife had a call from the supervisor victoria that the package was there and ready to be picked up. When it was my turn on the line, the mail lady was BRANDY. I said nicely that i wqs claiming the package and presented the stubs and the printed request online. She said "are u sure its here bcoz i dont want to be all over the office if this isnt here". I explained this is my second time to be there and that my wife spoke to someone who happened to be the supervisor. Why be so rude when it is her job to look if it was there or not? She has to check first the computer log, then look for it. Why does she have to tell me many times "are u sure? Are u sure? If customer service are like her, well she shd not be a frontliner bcoz she does not have the attitude of a customer servant!"

"If you schedule a USPS pickup, quite literally half of the time they will not come and then they will blatantly lie and state they did despite all of us having cameras and proof they don't. It truly must be nice for these postal workers to be so below average and not do their job yet keep it and get benefits and a pension. Laziest workers ever. I will be updating my review with information for everyone to know where to report this and all other issues."

"Went in 9am and it looks like nobody cared to clean up the night before. Teller got to the front desk at 9:15am. Post office opens at 9am. I’ve been waiting in line for 24min. She gave me an attitude. Very rude and disrespectful. I asked for a receipt for my prepaid items. She scanned the same package twice. I had one package going to beach wood, OH and the other going to Marquette, MI."
