"The staff is nice and helpful, but beware of the hidden fees! Pricing can be misleading. Pros: very friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility, and air conditioned. Cons: Not every unit is accessible by elevator, so make sure to double check that. It's also not 24-7 access, so you can only access your unit during extended business hours. The biggest con - very misleading pricing online. I booked a unit that was advertised as $30/mo because of a 25% off promotion, plus half-off the first month. I said I'll take it, then they said they require storage insurance, the cheapest option of which was $12/mo (despite the promotional placement saying "just a few dollars per month"). Despite the 40% increase in what I expected my monthly to be, I still booked it. There I was expecting a $27 bill ($15 first month + $12 insurance), then he told me my total for the day it was $77! On top of what I was expecting there was a $30 move-in admin fee, and then you have to buy your own lock which is another $20. I asked if I could use my own but it's not a normal padlock, it's a cylinder lock specific to storage units that I'm assuming few people have on hand. At the end of the day my stuff is safe in a decent storage space, but it feels like I got taken for a ride after having to pay an extra $50 up front and 40% more every month than I'd planned."

"I’ve found the storage to be expensive for an outdoor facility. I’ve been with them now for two years and they’ve raised the rent at least 3 times. While the unit is secure, I can’t begin to describe how dusty and dirty my belongings get. There are now more indoor facilities than when I moved here. I would recommend checking those first."
