"I had never used a storage unit before, and I expected the experience to be much more difficult than it ended up being. From move in to move out, Kathy N was extremely understanding and helpful. I accidentally had booked the wrong location, and she helped me sort out the issue in minutes. During my move out, I ended up being a week late due to being stuck in Florida because of the hurricane, and Rob helped me reach a settlement so that I wouldn’t pay an absurd amount. Kathy also helped smooth out that process at check out. The facility is clean, there is space to park a van inside the building (luxury- if you know NY at all), I felt really safe during the entire experience there, and the staff rocks."
