"Staff was so rude to us, talking down on us for every question...c'mon it is literally your job to answer questions and help customers. Staff was yelling "What are you doing??!" at me when I was tapping the "confirm" screen button again because I missed it the first time. And I can't even make this up...she was scribbling equations on a paper in front of us and struggling to do basic maths to calculate how much to charge us. Never seen someone so inadequate at their job."
