"I have never dealt with a more unprofessional office in my life, I left multiple requests, i called several times. I have my nursing license in another state already it should not take 2 months and counting to look at my information and give me a license number. NY is screaming for nurses but can’t give the licenses out. I have to wait to start my job because they cannot do there’s"
"I paid CGFNS to verify my professional nursing credentials (a process that took more than 1 year) since this is one of the ways recommended by NYSED. CGFNS issued my report in February 2024 and to date I have not received a response to my application for authorization to take the NCLEX-RN test. No one contacts you."
"Customer service for the nursing is horrible. Very rude agents. Plus, they hold your license in limbo for weeks, months. No one gets back to you, and emails go unanswered. Missed some many opportunities to help patients in hospitals because of them, Not letting me renew my license timely."
"If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Every single person I have encountered at this office is lazy, rude and unorganized. I have been waiting on my permit to practice Ophthalmic Dispensing. I applied in January, and after two months of not hearing anything I spoke with 3 different people who all gave me completely DIFFERENT answers as to what was going on. Finally, I emailed with someone who told me all that was left to do was look over my transcript and make sure my math was valid. That was March 14th, 2024. It does not take 3 weeks to look over a transcript. Now I am delayed in my work, due to negligence and lazy workers. I would never go through with this program or any program run through NYS again. This whole state is ridiculous."
"The people at this department are either stupid or just lazy. I applied for NY Polysomnography license and was denied due to educational requirements. I don’t have a problem with it. However, I still haven’t received a partial refund of $300 after 8 months of trying. They have so many different responses. I have received an email that I am eligible for $300 refund. Whenever I call them, their responses are generally different: we can not find you, we are processing refund or we’ll call you back or wait for 4-6 weeks….8 months later, I still waiting on the slowest department in the country to resolve my issue. Unbelievable!"
