"Used Luggagehero in Time square at the Draper Hotel. (The staff was great but they were not sure how to help with a location change and when I asked about fees, they had not idea). This was such a horrible experience. I was charged $38.90 for 2 hours and 2 minutes. It took that long for the hotel and I to figure out how to stop the timer, but I was charged another full hour for 2 minutes. Also, I opted out of the insurance and I was charged anyway, completely feel scammed. Also there was not mention of a service fee, not sure why they dont mention it. This company was not upfront about the fees. I called and emailed and a message stated someone would call me back but they didn't. Horrible customer service. I needed to change my location and I could not get help to do it. The hotel had no idea how to help me do it."
"It's a scam beware!!! Apparently many of the comments were removed, including the fake ones made by the owner... He charged me 280 dollars for 2 bags when initially he said the price was 30+tax. I'm glad this thief is out of business, but probably he moved location and changed the name of the luggage store..."
