"I am not a writer of reviews, but I want to warn potential future customers interested in commissioning a custom frame. I have gone to this store twice and always been disappointed in the results. In some cases the wire to hang the frame has been on the wrong sides of a rectangular frame, and in other cases I took items in to be framed that were glued very poorly and not straight in the frame. In the latter case, I asked if it would be possible for me to straighten the items in the frame on my own and was told yes, only to arrive home to find out that the entire frame has been stapled and glued shut in such a way that I cannot access the object inside at all. To add insult to injury, there is dust on the item and inside the frame. While the owners claim to run their shop focused on customer service, I am not only unhappy, but throughout the process of asking for the frame I was pushed to order it much larger than I wanted with a promise that it would be made smaller if possible, and when later I was dissatisfied with the too-big product I was chastised for 'asking it too big' and then blamed for the poor quality of the framing and the positioning of the object. I would wholeheartedly discourage you from commissioning custom frames at this site. I would provide zero stars if able. Edit: Adding to say that the owner of the shop called and offered to provide a refund after calling my review 'unfair' and saying that it was my fault that I was mistreated. I will not be returning for any reason. To clarify from my original review, I have had two separate transactions at the shop, and I have been disappointed in both. It is also true that for my second transaction I had to go to the shop twice because I was unhappy with the first attempt at providing me the frame. It is true that I made a mistake - I allowed myself to be bullied into measurements I did not want and made the mistake of allowing them the opportunity to correct an error. I should have just asked for my item back and left. I had a very unpleasant phone conversation with the shop owner, where no accountability was taken. Please be advised that this is my experience and my experience only, but it is the truth of my experience."
