"Started out with a phone conversation, referred from Coldwell Banker. Seemed very positive. RAN MY CREDIT SCORE>requested paperwork>scheduled and appointment AND stood me up. Arrived to the office ten minutes early the doors were locked. Waited a few minutes and then I CALLED HER. Didn't answer my call instead texted me. And it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. If you need to reschedule call 20 minutes or so prior. My opinion very unprofessional and I will not be working with Sharon Starke or this office."
