"I used to really enjoy dealing with this branch and Allstate in general. Now, there is no consideration for loyalty. They call demanding payment when 2 days late and threaten to cancel policy. Rates keep going up even though I don't have any claims. Raise my auto insurance because I no longer have my life insurance policy through them because they sold it to another company. Raised my umbrella policy 65% in less than a year, and I didn't even make a claim. All without a courtesy call or explanation as to why. When I inquired, I was told "well we haven't raised your rates in a while, so we thought it was due for an increase." When I have the time, I'll be finding another company."
