"Customer representatives actually hung up the phone on me. I cannot believe this. I’ve been banking with Citi for over 20 years and have to say Brentwood Citibank customer service has declined rapidly.. No more Pacheco and others it’s time for me and my family to move on. I did get through told the next rep I was hung up on she didn’t even acknowledge it.. I guess when they can always use the Karen clause to coverup the bad behavior there’s no more need for good service.."
