It was in July of 2021 but she was so helpful I remembered her and wanted to leave a good review. I had an issue where I got an email that said my insurance policy was cancelled. I had made a really late payment and was really worried. My policy price was great and I was afraid I lost a great deal on my insurance. I talked to Nerish and she let me know that she received my email and called the company to get details. I got an email and a phone call the next day, reassuring me that everything was ok and that my late payment made it through. I was really happy with her quick response to clearing up my problem and she was really nice to talk to."
