She took the time to walk me through the quote and explain in detail. Unfortunately, I was denied coverage because Allstate does not count indemnity as insurance history. However, the agent was very understanding and explained the situation to me in a clear and concise way. I was impressed with Andrea's team professionalism and customer service.
