"What a disgrace of a bank. I walked in with a mask. I was waiting to see account representative, they were 2 people ahead of me and they had only 2 chairs to sit and they were occupied. I was standing and waiting. Female chase representative came over and asked what I was waiting for? I explained her that I need to open a checking account, she said that I need to make appointment for that and took my name and phone number, i made sure she wrote my number correctly. she said we will call you for an appointment. It's been 4 days as of 9/16/2021 still nobody called for an appointment. That's how Chase bank makes business? Shame. Terrible customer service. Their corporate office should read those reviews."
